The first step in the process of becoming a foundation has been approved by the state of Utah. The legal papers have now been submitted to the federal government. As soon as this is an official foundation, we will let you know the identification number issued by the IRS so that all your donations may be tax-deductible.

We will also update this page with the foundation's goals and committments. The foundation's beginning goal is to raise $500,000.
